Policies

Please read our policies prior to booking an appointment.

PLEASE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT AND PLAN IN ADVANCE.

DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING WITHIN 24HRS.

DEPOSITS WILL BE CREDITED TO THE PROCEDURE FEES AT TOUCH UP APPOINTMENT. 

No Show Policy:

Any client that doesn’t show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any futures appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Policy:

I screen all clients and I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

No children under 18 are allowed in procedure room. We also ask that no small children are in waiting area as we want to provide the best relaxation atmosphere for our Permanent Makeup and Spa/Salon clients. Thank you for your understanding.

TWO or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete most permanent make-up procedures depending on each persons’ skin, genetics and a variety of different factors. As such, results can not be guaranteed. Additional sessions may be required and are the client’s responsibility. It is recommended to have your follow-up appointment 4-6 weeks from your initial visit. If scheduling creates a delay it is recommended that it be completed within 2-6 months of your original procedure.

 

Appointment Deposit & Reservation

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit per procedure area is required in order to reserve your appointment time upon scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. This also applies to touch-up procedures.

IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED UPON SCHEDULING OR WITHIN 24HRS OF BOOKING, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT NOTICE.

PLEASE READ: BALANCE IS DUE THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE VIA CASH, CREDIT CARD OR MONEY ORDER ONLY!  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON PROCEDURES.

Cancellation Policy:

A 72 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 72 hrs, you will forfeit your deposit. No exceptions…An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation. If 2 appointments are missed or cancelled, payment in full for services scheduled will be due prior to the scheduled date. If the appointment is cancelled within the time frame mentioned…the full amount will be refunded less the service charge.

 

Packages:

There are no refunds or pro-rating on package pricing. Packages are given a reduced price for being paid in advance. Any sessions that are not completed within a years time will be forfeit and will not be refunded. All regular appointment policies are applied to package appointments. Failure to comply with appointment procedures may result in loss of remaining package sessions.

Rescheduling/Late Policy:

**To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule.**

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 72 hours advance notice is mandatory or the deposit becomes forfeit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

If you no call/no show, you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require advance payment in full.

 

Additional Treatment Policy:

Clients that have had Permanent Makeup performed by another technician will be charged the full price for the first visit with me regardless of the procedure. It is also likely that you will require more than the normal two sessions since I have no idea what pigment line the previous artist used, how deep they implanted or their skill level.

If at any time, you go to another technician after I have done your original procedure/s, it is up to my discretion whether I will perform any future touch ups for you. I only use the highest quality pigments/needles and would have no idea what products they used. It may be necessary for you to have removal completed before I can proceed. This is to ensure that your end result is something that I would allow to be advertised as my work and something that you will be proud of as well.

 

IF YOU HAVE HAD PERMANENT EYEBROWS BEFORE AND FAIL TO LET JESSICA KNOW PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT, IT WILL BE UP TO HER DISCRETION AS TO WHETHER OR NOT SERVICES WILL BE PERFORMED. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO SEND HER PICTURES PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT VIA TEXT (770) 990-7354 OR EMAIL SO THAT SHE CAN DETERMINE IF YOU ARE A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR HAIR STROKE EYEBROWS OR IF WE HAVE TO GO OVER THEM WITH SHADED LOOK INSTEAD.
